Privacy Policy for JoyToy

This Privacy Policy explains how JoyToy (package name com.dbeliever.joytoy) handles information when you use the app. JoyToy is a general-audience collection of casual games. It is not specifically directed to children under 13.
Information stored on your device
JoyToy stores game progress, preferences, and best scores locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts or receive this locally stored information. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling JoyToy.
Advertising and information handled by Google
JoyToy uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show banner and rewarded advertisements. Depending on your device, region, settings, and consent choices, Google may automatically collect or receive:
- your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- app and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- device or account identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID.
Google uses this information for purposes that may include providing and measuring advertisements, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Google handles this information under its own policies. Consent and advertising choices
Where required, JoyToy asks for advertising consent through Google's consent platform. Your choices may affect whether ads are personalized. You can also manage or reset your advertising ID in your Android device settings. Rewarded ads are optional; choosing not to watch one only affects the associated in-game reward or continuation.
Children's privacy
JoyToy is not designed or marketed specifically for children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, or other contact information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through the app may contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information described above may be collected or shared with Google through the Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. We do not use any other analytics service or maintain our own server-side user database for JoyToy.
Data retention and deletion
Locally saved scores and preferences remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Retention of information processed by Google is governed by Google's policies and your Google or device settings. You may contact us with a privacy or deletion question at the email below.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the app. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when JoyToy's features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
